Accessible Doula Care
I offer sliding scales and payment options when discussed prior to contract signing, in special circumstances. -
Standard Birth Doula Package - $1400
Upon contract signing
Pregnancy :
-Unlimited call & text support - with 24/7 virtual support when needed during established on call period
-Access to evidence-based and vetted resource list and referrals
-Creation of a birth plan together that meets your desires for birth and postpartum
-2 to 3 prenatal meetings
-Creating an informed birth plan together for the big day & preparing for postpartum
-On-call beginning at 37 weeks
--Contact with trusted and vetted back-up doula - in case of emergency only
BIRTHday :
-Joining you for in-person support during the onset of active labor or prior if desiring support
-Continuous labor support : comfort measures, affirmations, breathing techniques, guiding other birth partners to play a comfortable role in the birth experience, reassurance & affirmations, self advocacy tools
-Support 1-2 hours after birth : promoting golden hour, initiating feeding, newborn procedure awareness, and bonding
Postpartum :
-1 to 2 postpartum meetings to celebrate your birth experience
-Access to necessary, trusted, qualified resources and professional recommendations to meet any existing needs of further support
Please note: This package is offered virtually, for those who are in need of virtual support. Virtual package includes the same offering but via text and video-chat instead of in person meetings.

Postpartum Doula Support - $40/hour (daytime) $45/hour (nighttime)
Shift Minimum: 4 hours
Shift Maximum: 10 hours
Contracts are signed in 6 week increments, with a required 6 hours per week. With days and times based around your needs!I am available for overnight care. For more details please reach out via contact form below and/or a consult call!
Postpartum Support Includes:
- Support in processing birth story and postpartum transitions
- Emotional support and companionship for postpartum parent(s) through communication and holding space
- Education on newborn care, feeding, transitional periods, postpartum recovery, bonding
- Light house work such as help tidying up, folding laundry, help with dishes
- Assistance and support with feedings- Helping to provide newborn care such as diapering, sleep, and family bonding
- Demonstration and encouragement of baby-wearing techniques
- Encouraging self-efficacy in advocating as a parent
- Helping to foster positive communication within family units and with providers, joining for meetings or appointments when desired
- Providing necessary resources and referrals to local professional, vetted providers
- Support for partner(s) and older siblings in their journey- Helping with meal preparation, nutritional snacks, and hydration
- Assisting with transitional points in the day. Such as when older siblings come home from school, before bedtime, and morning routines

Birth and Postpartum Plan Workshop - $120
This is for expecting parents who would like to create a birth and postpartum plan to feel empowered, confident, prepared, and well informed - going into labor and welcoming baby back home the first month.
Workshop Includes:-2 hours of one-on-one calling : either split between 2, 1 hour sessions or 1, 2 hour session - if local in person-meeting options also available
-Access to birth plan templates for a variety of birth settings- Access to postpartum plan templates to create a plan for the first 8 weeks
-Looking over the plans together, while answering any questions, ideas, concerns you may have
-Collaborating on the plan together to ensure you feel meets it your desires for vision of your birth and postpartum journey- Create a list of things to bring or have ready for birth and the postpartum period after
- Have a completed plan which you can bring with you to your designated birth place and keep around the first month of babies life
-Providing evidence-based resources, infographics, and referrals that can be accessed based on your needs

Big Sibling Workshop $75
Yay! A new arrival to many families means many children are promoted to big brother, big sister or big sibling! Anticipating this change for children can come with a lot of emotions and questions.
In order to prepare the next “Big” in the family to prepared for their new role and the arrival of the “Little” with a calm and positive perspective, we can:
- Meet one-on-one in person or virtually, with your family
-Provide age appropriate materials demonstrating what to expect when a newborn comes home. Such as what they look like, what they can/can’t do
- Create understanding and develop a plan in how to handle changes in routine
- Provide a hands-on experience for the sibling to be honored in their role in the family and provide excitement for welcoming baby soon
- Address common concerns together like how much a baby cries, the frequency in which parents must feed baby, general sibling safety when around baby- Create a plan for special one-on-one time between parent and child before and after baby arrives, to support their established, special bond
